Everything we make & sell is guaranteed to be free of manufacturer’s defects for the original owner under the time period specified herein, from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to frames, components, and parts built by or sold under the Ti Cycles brand AND branded Ti Cycles, that have been subjected to ordinary intended use for the type purchased (i.e. mountain, road, cyclocross, track, touring, BMX) & does not apply to frames or components re-sold, given to, or used regularly by persons other than the person for whom the frame or component was built or sold. This warranty does not transfer and is void if any item is altered or failure due to accident, misuse or abuse. The consumer accept all transportation costs associated with warranty requests or service. Warranty work may include repair or replacement at the sole discretion of Ti Cycles, this warranty does not cover finishes that may have been applied on frames, forks or other parts or components. All warranties periods begin on the date the product leaves Ti Cycles or an authorized reseller as documented with proof of original purchase showing original owner’s contact information as registered.

Ti Cycles liability for breach of warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the frame or component at the sole discretion of Ti Cycles. Ti Cycles disclaims all other express or implied warranties except as provided in this section, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty is extended to the original owner of the frame or component & is non-transferable. In all cases, proof of original purpose is required for consideration of coverage. Warranty claims for products purchased directly from Ti Cycles Fabrication should be submitted directly to Ti Cycles. Warranty claims for products purchased from an authorized reseller should be returned to the point of sale and not directly to Ti Cycles Fabrication. We work closely with our network of authorized distributors and resellers to provide accurate and effective warranty service.
